Asher FINALLY gets in the picture. Again, another complex plot that builds on the previous books. Getting a bit more info about Belle Morte and The Mother of all Darkeness, who obviously comes back sometime in the future 
Again Anita is realizing that sex and love don't need to be intertwined. You can love without sex, and have sex without love....and you can feel love for more than one person/monster  I like the building of her relationships with Micah, Asher and Nathaniel. Good things to come....pun intended.
