What are your thoughts on "Dead in the Family"?
What do you think will happen between Eric & Sookie?
Do you like the direction of the story?

I can't wait until May 4! I'm sooo looking forward to see what happens. At the end of dead and gone Sookies dad made that remark about "him" really loves you. But which him did he meant? I'm thinking/hoping it's Eric.  But I do believe that Bill loves her also. I just think that her and Eric make a better fit for each other. I'm hoping that in this book poor o Sam finds himself a good women. I'm thinking that Sookie will have a closer relationship with her dad, only to lose him in the end. But I'm looking forward to see all the twist and turns that I know Charlaine will deliver to us in this book. Also I'm looking forward to June to see what in the book actually makes it to the show. And to see how they explore all the possibilities of a new season!!

Thanks for the scoop - I hadn't yet seen a date on the release.
I so hope that she ends up with Eric. I, too, believe that Bill loves her, but he had his chance...
Also, I'd love to know why Eric wasn't available to rescue her. He alluded that there was a reason, but we never find out why. I think Bill won a lot of points by being there with Niall to save her.

Only thing I'm worried about is Alan Ball's influence...I've got a bad feeling that she may change her original intnet of the storyline to match his vision of TB.
I really feel that at this point SVS & TB have become two different entities with two different storylines, I'll think we'll see that even more in season three.
I just hope CH doesn't change to please AB.....
