Just finished FDoC....Good....full of action....very sexy love scenes.....Spade is HOT!!!! Story move quickly. You get a bit of Cat & Bones....I won't spoil anything.
If you like C&B you'll like Spade & Denise

I'm not sure who's where in the book so i will try to not spoil....
So I finished FDoC. I really liked Spade's story. It had great action great wit there were quite a few moments where I acutally LOL'd( i love when a book does that). I love JF's writing style. She for sure goes in the top 5 fav authors list for me. Chapter 22 -25 are great. I loved Ian in this book loved his outfit in the "vamp" bar. I love a pierced vamp/man!! I was also really happy to see B&C. I loves me some Bones. Of Course the shower scene was top notch and even better that it was a cold shower*winks*. I got say Spade definitely took a piece of my heart in this book.

Okay, finished FDOC last night and loved it. So glad it had some C/B in it and of course, I loved learning more about Spade. Although he is a little uptight for my taste, I did like how JF portrayed his love for Denise.
And I think I fell in love all over again with Bones in this book. He has definitely edged Eric out of the #1 spot in my heart. (maybe CH will win it back, don't know)
I wished there was more Cat in the book, even though she appears and has some lines of dialogue, her "presence" was missing.
So, what was your favorite part?

I thought the 2 Denise/ Spade scenes were pretty hot, especially the last one!
I'm thinking that Ian might be appearing in the Eternal Kiss of Darkness, considering what we have found out in this book. I think there are still some secrets we don't know about.
I don't want to spoil anything, but there was a mention of a calling in of a favor, that we don't really know the details about, so I'm thinking we are going to learn more about that sometime.

Finally finished FDoC and thoroughly enjoyed it! Love Spade and a Vampire that gives his all and boy does he!! Really looking forward to the other books as well. It did crack me up that Denise saw Ian naked and pierced (oh yeah) and when he came back and interrupted her and Spade. Paybacks....LOL!

Hey MamaV!!! Yup, Spade is just smokin in this book!!! And that bit with Ian was fo friggin funny  I really did crack up!
Her next book comes out in Aug I think, I've got to check her website and get the specifics and then I'll post it.

According to Amazon.com Eternal Kiss of Darkness ships around July 27.
Both of the NH world books take place before the next Cat and Bones book, too, so I'm hoping we see elements of both in the next C/B book.
