i love vampires, tattoos, books, and music all things immortal i suppose.
I loved reading as a child and teen. then i hit my 20's partied a little too hard, met my guy and started having kids there was no time to read.....4 kiddos later and someone told me i HAD to read Twilight( ahh the dreaded sparklers) but it's about first love with a vamp, and it holds special place in my heart cause it's through that book i fell in love with reading again and made time for it. After twilight series i started the SVM, whoa and from there I was bonded. Eric is mine! i am his. i am currently reading vampire academy(kinda like the house of night series) it's ok no hot hot heat but still a good story and one i can pass on to my daughter, i'm gonna get her young on the vamp love then no mere mortal will safice Ha ha ha.
anyway wow that's a mouth-ful.

Hi everyone! My name is Wendy, I live in Louisiana. I have 4 beautiful children and a wonderful husband. I homeschool my children. I have watched tons of vampire movies in the past, it wasn't until last year that I embraced reading any series. My first book series was "Stookie Stackhouse" series. I couldn't get enough of Charlaine Harris characters! After finishing her series in a few months, I was looking for something else. I've read a few book series that wasn't that great. My daughter talked me into reading the Twilight sega, I had watched Twilight and loved it...So I read the sega and fell in love with all the character. I went on the search for something a little more grown up...and came across J.R. Ward's Brotherhood! OMGOODNESS! Is all I can say I LOVE them all! Can't wait to read JM book!! Also Charlaline Harris's new book "Dead in the family" is coming out in May! Can't wait!! But untill then I'm reading Sherrilyn Kenyon's "Dark hunter novels" and also I'm just starting Lara Adrian's "Midnight breed series". I'm excited to meeting and chatting with you all. All of my friends are not into the "reading books" thing....lol There more of the, I'll wait until the movie comes out. So I have no one to discuss my newly found love!!!! Can't wait to chat with ya!

Hey there! I'm "TeamEricSookie" from the True Blood HBO Wiki. I've been a fan of vampires and werewolves ever since I was about 9 years old. My older cousins were into the horror genre and I was fascinated with those 2 types of supernatural creatures.
I enjoy reading all types of books, both fiction and non-fiction. I've been married for almost 23 years now, but I don't have any kids. My husband is my kid...LOL!

Hallo. I'm Jezi from True Blood Wiki and Eric's Area 5 Wiki. I'm a nurse and currently reside in Buffalo, NY.
As a kid I loved vampires and historic novels. I sort of fell out of love with vampires until I saw TB Strange Love, then I read all the books that were out about Sookie at the time and finished watching TB. It didn't take long at all, they were on show 4 or 5. My friend convinced me to read Twilight. My favourite Vamp is Eric because he is a Vampire and a Viking, an impossible mix for me to resist.

Hi everyone. I love talking about vampires, am an Eric lover. I reside just outside of Buffalo, NY and work in Buffalo. I'm on a couple different sites. I am currently reading The Black Dagger series, just about half way through Book 1 and am already throwing myself into this series. TB is my first love but also like Vampire Diaries and Twilight.
Not that computer saavy, but am learning, so please bear with me. Hope to talk to all of you soon.

pbt. Some of you know me from ericsarea4 website (moderator) and True Blood wiki. I am computer savvy so if you have a question I might be able to answer it. I have always loved the vampire genre. Use to run home after school and watch Dark Shadows. Yes, I am that old. Have watched every vampire movie known to man. We have a great page over at ericsarea5.wetpaint.com listing the top movies.
Love True Blood. Did not read the novels until Season one was over. Read all the books in a matter of weeks. I am not a big reader really but I will admit that I am getting back into it now. Which is funny because I hold a Master Degree in Teaching Reading. LOL. I am an intermediate art teacher (grades 3-5). Have finished Sookie Novels and the Black Dagger Brotherhood. Love that series, especially the sex. LOL. I have several new books to read on my desk- JR Ward-Covet and Renegade Hunter by Lynsay Sands.
Huge Alexander Skarsgard/Eric Northman fan. You will probably see me posting just about everywhere on the web. I am the author of two fan fiction series, Viking Vampire God (Eric and Sookie) and Promises Made and Kept (Pam and Eric). Started writing because I was very frustrated with Alan Ball and Charlaine Harris. Don't get me wrong they are both genius'. I will admit I am not very good but I do enjoy doing it.
I am currently married to my own Viking (6'2") for 26 yrs. and have two children; daughter (23) and my own jr. Viking (6'3"-17). Live in Norwich, NY. Hallo Kittens! I'm MamaV from the LTE/A thread. Mostly a lurker and occasionally throw my two cents in! I have to say my sister got me started in all the paranormal genre. I remember seeing all the old 'Dracula' movies, then the 'Dark Shadows' series, which was pretty effing ninjia for its time. Of course I'm into TB and the book series but read other type books as well. Can't stay in la-la land forever, you know.

Well, hiya all! It's ByteMeBill, formerly of Bill on the Brain, currently mostly residing at LTAE thread, sometimes FanFiction.net Sookieverse, and sometimes Area5, and recently -gasp- Twitter! I started out a Bill fan having seen the series True Blood and loving Bill, of course. Then I broke down and read the books. All 8 in about 3 weeks. I'm all for Eric now! I call myself a vampwich vixen, but I don't want to see Sookie with Bill and Eric, just Eric. I do want to see Bill find someone who will help him accept his fate as a vampire.
I mostly started with movies (love Blade and Underworld...looking forward to Dark Shadows with Johnny Depp!) and once I joined the wiki board, then I learned about all the other vampire, vamp/were, supes-in-general that are out there. I have read the Queen Betsy books and they crack me up! I am very intrigued by Black Dagger Brotherhood, Night Huntress, Vampire Acadamy, MAYBE Twilight (haven't gone there yet), and The House of Night books by P.C. Cast. I have others on my list, but I don't have them at work. Stop! I'm on my lunch break! Really!!
Speaking of work, IRL I am known as Wendy. I live in WI and work for a health system in the IS department. I am an RN and got my master's degree in Nursing Informatics. I'll be in debt till I die, I'm sure. I am toying with looking into naturopathic medicine, but I'm not sure if I want to go further into debt. I turn 40 this year, never married, no kids. Can't seem to find the right guy. Or maybe I'm ruined for men but the Viking god, too! I've had friends tell me my standards are unreachably high and others say I'm young and it will happen when I least expect it. Well, I am beginning to wonder.
I have met great friends online and was lucky enough to meet some of them in person in New Orleans last year. I am hoping to get back again in June to meet with some of them. I'd like to go to Vegas in fall, but I am not sure that will happen now as I am going to be in the middle of a huge project at work and extended blocks of time will be scrutinized because of the ridiculous deadline. Not to mention I am probably going to need a scope of my shoulder. For which I do not have enough time banked up to take off. It sucks having PTO and sick in the same pot. How the heck can someone really accrue enough time and be expected to carry over 40 hours for the next year!
Well, that is a little about me. I look forward to seeing some of my other wiki and forum sisters over here, getting to know you all better, and talkin' vampires!

Thanks to Twilight, I am a vamp reading fanatic. I've read a lot of the teen series, but once I got my hands on the Brothers - Revhenge, in particular, I decided I needed to be reading adult vampire romances. I like the Sookie books, too. Started off enamored with Bill, but I am now all about Eric - especially after seeing a couple episodes of Season 2 - love the short hair! Oh, to run my hands through it... *sigh*
At any rate, I'm single and my cats are fine with my reading - means I'm not imposing on their independence!
Ok, back to the books - just finished SK's Born of Fire. Liked it a lot. Need to pick up the next book in the series. Just started Lara Adrian's Kiss of Midnight. Very much like the Brotherhood, but so far, so good - can't get enough of a good thing, right??

Hey !!
It's Vampette from the HBO Wiki! I spend most of my time on BOTB but I do visit with the LTAE folks from time to time.
I have to thank KCP and Coal for turning me onto the BDB series. I have read all 8 and I am completely taken by the characters, their stories and the gritty and sexy writing of JR Ward.
I have been having so much fun chatting with everyone on the wiki about BDB that this was a natural progression. Thank you Cougar for bringing this wonderful site to my attention. I plan to visit and chat often and I am so happy to see so many familiar faces!!

Well hey all, I am Doohansen from the LTAE thread and Eric's area 5. I have been loving supernatual books forever. Anne Rice got me started and I devoured anything she wrote about Lestat, Louie, Maurice etc. Read the entire SVM series after season 1 of TB and now in the middle of the BDB an loving it.
My Kindle "V" and I spend quality time together when my 2 girls are at school and my hubby is off flying around the world for Fed Ex. Glad to be here...Cougie I hear you true?
